The Future of Minnesota Is Me.

About One Voice

The Challenge
Without consistent, positive, and factual information about Minnesota’s schools, the public narrative is often incomplete—and sometimes negative.
When there’s no counter-narrative, the dominant message becomes the perceived truth.
Local school districts need support and resources to counter negativity and stabilize enrollment.
We also recognize the need to be transparent about areas where improvements are needed in our education system. Without this honesty, our efforts may appear disingenuous.

Our Approach
A cohesive strategy combining:
-
Public Relations
-
Communications
-
Data-Driven Awareness
-
Strategic Marketing
Our efforts must extend beyond district-level support and cannot be limited to a statewide marketing campaign alone. To maximize impact, we need to ensure we are effectively addressing both levels.
-
Statewide Programming: Initiatives designed to reshape the narrative and build support for public education at the state level.
-
District-Level Support: Resources and guidance to empower school boards, superintendents, and local leaders in navigating challenges and reinforcing positive messaging.

Our Goals
-
Increase public awareness of the essential role and impact of Minnesota’s public schools.
-
Foster understanding of why investing in public education matters.
-
Build a strong foundation of support for Minnesota’s schools.
-
Highlight the connection between strong schools and Minnesota’s economic growth.
-
Strengthen legislative support for funding public schools.

But if we get it wrong, nothing much else will matter.”
